Gorgeous Sunny Day but Bitter Cold.

Today it was beautiful outside with the sun shining and the sky was scattered with  Altocumulus undulates clouds, these clouds form when there is moisture present at the middle levels, and when temperatures range from somewhat colder than freezing to somewhat warmer than freezing.  Larger areas of altocumulus clouds usually accompanies a weather system that is moving over hundreds of miles.
Temperatures today were a bit chilly with morning temperatures around -10F then rising to a whole 7F. The feels like temperature for today was -14F and I sure think it felt even colder than that.  Maybe due to the 10-20 mph winds today.

Now the southern states get to endure some of the weather we have to here in Wisconsin.  It's going to be pretty chilly.  There will be a lot of snow and ice in the mid southern regions and it looks to be pretty peaceful here in Eau Claire.  Temperatures tomorrow will be mostly sunny but still chilly at 15F for the high. There is no snow in the forecast.  Weekend temperatures will increase significantly.
